    This position will be responsible for directing and administering branch sales, service, goals, budgets, operations and financial performance. Evaluate employees and monitor training to ensure that employees provide effective member service and financial counseling. Conducts regular meetings with branch employees to inform and train in areas needing improvement and changes in procedure. Ensures that established procedures and guidelines are followed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial and loan management, preferably in a credit union or banking institution. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional member first attitude. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    Mortgage Loan Closer

     

    This position is responsible for thoroughly reviewing files received from processing to verify that all documents needed for closing are available. The individual will also schedule closing appointments with attorneys, title companies, real estate agents and borrowers, as well as address member, mortgage ending team member and other internal and external requests and questions before, during and after closing.

    Mortgage Loan Officer


    This position is responsible for participating in all steps to the origination of mortgage loans, including but not limited to conducting interviews, taking applications and processing preliminary documentation on loan requests. Discusses loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates and loan documentation in a positive, professional manner. Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan origination and processing experience. Must meet the qualifications necessary to maintain a NMLS license and meet the requirements of the SAFE Act.

    Mortgage Loan Processor

    We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor. This person will be responsible for serving as a liaison between Loan Officers and members in order to request loan documentation; order appraisals, titles, flood certs and complete verifications; review HUD-1 Settlements; and other various functions. A High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan processing is required.  The incumbent must also have the ability to read, understand and interpret basic real estate contracts and language

    Network Security Engineer

     

    We are seeking a Network Security Analyst at our corporate office in Duluth (Sugarloaf Pkwy).  This position will be responsible for network and information security policy development and maintenance; designing security policy education, training and awareness activities; monitoring compliance with company policy and applicable law; and coordinating investigation and reporting of security incidents. The incumbent will monitor, assess and fine-tune the company’s business continuity and disaster recovery program, perform network penetration tests, application vulnerability assessment scans and risk assessment reviews. This position requires some weekend and evening assignments as well as availability during after-hours for participation in scheduled and unscheduled activities.

    This position will be responsible for identifying, managing and communication global credit risks represented in the company’s loan portfolio. Applies knowledge of credit risks to optimize credit product performance. Identifies, analyzes, develops and assists in the implementation of process improvement solutions to enable better member and employee experiences. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years professional experience; Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.

    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    This person will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations.  Serves as an advisor to the CEO, EVP and Board of Directors regarding financial strategies and programs.  Oversees and directs Accounting, Finance, Audit & Compliance, Treasury & Risk Management, and Contracts & Procurement.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting and minimum of 10-15 years of financial management experience. CPA and/or CMA and previous CFO experience at a Bank or credit union highly preferred. Large CPA firm experience a plus.

A well organized and self-directed individual who can demonstrate competencies in Leadership, Management Skills, Communication, Problem Solving, Judgment and Strategic Planning and Organizing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development or related field.

    Seven to ten years of related progressive experience with significant management experience. Masters Degree and SPHR strongly preferred.

    Human Resources - Summer Intern

    This is a paid opportunity for a student interested in enhancing their resume with real-life work experience.  This program is open to current undergraduate and graduate students who are available to begin work no later than mid-May.  This candidate will work a flexible full-time schedule of up to 40 hours during the standard workweek not exceeding a period of 90 days, and, will be primarily responsible for providing routine general office and clerical support to our Human Resources team.
