    This position will be responsible for directing and administering branch sales, service, goals, budgets, operations and financial performance. Evaluate employees and monitor training to ensure that employees provide effective member service and financial counseling. Conducts regular meetings with branch employees to inform and train in areas needing improvement and changes in procedure. Ensures that established procedures and guidelines are followed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial and loan management, preferably in a credit union or banking institution. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional member first attitude. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    The responsibilities of this position include assisting with the direction and administration of the branch operations, coaching and mentoring, promoting branch business development.     Consumer Loan Sales Representative


    This position is responsible for identifying the credit needs of members and offering appropriate loan solutions that meets their financial and personal objectives. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 2-3 years of strong sales and marketing experience. Candidates with Smyitar and previous consumer lending underwriting experience preferred.

    Director of Facilities and Security

    This role will be primarily responsible for setting the strategic direction for real estate planning and physical security related projects.  In addition to overseeing day-to-day maintenance and security of our properties, they will also oversee large and complex projects involving the purchase, sale or lease of our buildings and construction activities.  This individual will also maintain our relationships with security vendors and manage contracts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or related field and 7-10 years’ experience in facilities management, real estate and security.

    Mortgage Disclosure Specialist

    The responsibility of this position is to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and remain current on changes in the mortgage industry as it relates to mortgage documentation. This position will support the daily operations related to the disclosing process and any additional projects as assigned.

    Applicants must meet the qualifications necessary to maintain a NMLS license and meet the requirements of the SAFE Act. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years mortgage experience. Experience working with Ellie Mae docs and Encompass 360 preferred but not required.

    This position is responsible for participating in all steps to the origination of mortgage loans, including but not limited to conducting interviews, taking applications and processing preliminary documentation on loan requests. Discusses loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates and loan documentation in a positive, professional manner. Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan origination and processing experience. Must meet the qualifications necessary to maintain a NMLS license and meet the requirements of the SAFE Act.

    Portfolio Analyst

    This position will be responsible for identifying, managing and communication global credit risks represented in the company’s loan portfolio. Applies knowledge of credit risks to optimize credit product performance. Identifies, analyzes, develops and assists in the implementation of process improvement solutions to enable better member and employee experiences. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years professional experience; Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.

    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    This person will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations.  Serves as an advisor to the CEO, EVP and Board of Directors regarding financial strategies and programs.  Oversees and directs Accounting, Finance, Audit & Compliance, Treasury & Risk Management, and Contracts & Procurement.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting and minimum of 10-15 years of financial management experience. CPA and/or CMA and previous CFO experience at a Bank or credit union highly preferred. Large CPA firm experience a plus.

    Chief Human Resources Officer

    This role will serve as a Human Resources Executive. The individual must have the knowledge and ability for achieving strategic goals and objectives for the human resources functions of tomorrow. Be an energetic, creative and forward-thinking visionary with an understanding of human resources and training and development functions. A well organized and self-directed individual who can demonstrate competencies in Leadership, Management Skills, Communication, Problem Solving, Judgment and Strategic Planning and Organizing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development or related field.

    Seven to ten years of related progressive experience with significant management experience. Masters Degree and SPHR strongly preferred.

Senior Card Services Specialist

     

    This position is responsible for providing on-going support and training, maintaining best practices and minimizing loss exposure to the Credit Union and members in protection against credit card, debit card and ATM fraud.  A strong background and understanding of plastic card fraud prevention strategies for proactive card fraud management, risk mitigation and knowledge of card regulations is required.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business, finance, risk management or other related fields, and 5 - 7 years of related experience in a financial services company.
